is a purpose-driven strategist with over 20 years of experience leading data innovation in the nonprofit and social impact sectors. As the Managing Director for Strategy at TRIDNA, Peter oversees organizational growth, product vision, and key performance indicators—ensuring that every TRIDNA solution is rooted in equity, clarity, and measurable change.
Prior to joining TRIDNA, Peter held senior executive roles within the Federal government, where he spearheaded initiatives that improved funding programs, public policy, and operational efficiency.
Danny Morton:
is a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of experience in software development, IT strategy, and digital transformation. As the Chief Technology Officer at TRIDNA, Danny leads the company's technology vision, driving innovation and ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge solutions that meet client needs.
Before founding TRIDNA, Danny held leadership roles at several tech companies, where he successfully managed large-scale projects and built high-performing teams. His expertise spans various industries, including education, healthcare, and e-commerce.
Tim Nicolazzi:
is a purpose-driven strategist with a multidisciplinary background in data science, public service, and global development. As a Program Analyst for the Federal Government, Timothy lead initiatives that integrate data analytics, operational strategy, and customer service innovation to improve program delivery and policy outcomes. His work has shaped regional training programs, enhanced CRM systems, and empowered field offices to better anticipate and respond to community needs.
Prior to joining HUD, Timothy served in leadership roles across the U.S. Army, the Peace Corps, and other federal agencies—where he oversaw multimillion-dollar logistics operations, led cross-functional teams, and advised senior officials on strategic planning and resource management. His career reflects a commitment to equity, efficiency, and measurable impact.
Dave Railey:
is a collaborative leader fostering teamwork and creativity with nearly two decades of experience leading teams and improving outcomes in the government and nonprofit sectors. As the Managing Director for Operations and Customer Relations at TRIDNA, David oversees product development, executes marketing strategies, and builds partnerships —so that every TRIDNA service is innovative, tailored to customer needs and positioned for long term success.
Prior to joining TRIDNA, David served in a senior Federal government role, building coalitions and collaborating with elected officials at the local, state and national level on a multitude of initiatives and disaster recovery efforts that engaged community stakeholders to address pressing needs and concerns.
